Where to Park at Ontario International Airport
If you're simply picking up passengers, there is a small Cell Phone lot between Terminal 1 and Terminal 1A. You can wait in this lot for your passenger to call from baggage claim. Once you've gotten the call, make your way to the proper terminal for pick up.
Parking lots include:
- Parking Lot D (Across from AeroMexico International Arrivals Terminal)
- Parking Lot 2 (Across from Terminal 2)
- Parking Lot 3 (Between Terminal 2 and 4)
- Parking Lot 4 (Across from Terminal 4)
- Parking Lot 5 (Between Terminal 4 and the Rental Car Facility)
The best parking at Ontario International Airport depends on which terminal you need. With more than 5,500 parking spots in Parking Lots 2, 3 and 4, you'll find plenty of parking for short-term and long-term parking. Lot 5 offers free shuttle service to Terminals 2 and 4 only.
Handicapped parking at the Ontario California Airport is found in each parking lot. Curbs are low for easy wheelchair access.
Parking in the different lots depends on how long your vehicle remains in that lot. Expect to pay anywhere from $3 for half an hour to $18 per day. Lot 5 is cheaper than the other lots, so you can save money parking there.
Drivers of electric vehicles will find charging stations in Lot 2 and 4. The charging stations are free, but you still must pay the parking fee when you leave.
If you're driving an oversized vehicle, you must find alternative parking. The ONT airport does not allow oversized vehicles to park in any of their lots. If you ignore that rule, your vehicle will be towed.
