Driving to Sacramento International Airport

The entrance to Sacramento International Airport is right off the I-5. Take the Airport Boulevard or North Bayou Way Exit and follow airport signs to the parking areas and terminal.

Power Line Road also leads to the airport. Follow Power Line Road to Meister Way and turn onto Meister Way. Meister Way leads right to Airport Boulevard.

If you're using an online map service or GPS, the Sacramento International Airport's address is 6900 Airport Boulevard in Sacramento.

Best Parking at Sacramento International Airport

If you're simply picking up passengers,the Sacramento Airport Cell Phone Lot is free. Wait for your passengers to call you from baggage claim and then proceed to the curb for pick up.

Terminals A and B both have hourly parking areas nearby. Rates range from $2 to $30. Terminal A's hourly parking is contained solely on the ground floor of the parking garage.

Levels 2 through 6 of the Terminal A parking garage are for daily parking. Rates here range from $2 to $15. Terminal B's daily parking lot is currently shut for construction and due to reopen then the Big Build Sacramento Airport project is completed. If you are traveling to or from Terminal B and must park nearest Terminal A because of the construction, use the Inter-Terminal shuttle to reach your terminal.

The surface lot near Terminal A is also available for daily parking. Rates in this open lot range from $2 to $13. Free shuttle brings you to the airport terminal. The shuttle runs every 10 minutes.

The Economy Parking lot is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Rates in this lot are less than $10 per day. Free shuttle service brings you to and from the terminals. Expect the trip from Economy Parking to the terminals to take a little less than 30 minutes.

Oversized vehicles are welcome to park in any of the lots where the vehicle will fit. However, you should note that you will be charged a separate fee for each space your RV or oversized van takes up.

All Sacramento International Airport parking areas offer handicapped parking spaces. You must leave a placard or handicapped plate visible or your vehicle may be towed. Shuttles are equipped with wheelchair lifts.

Cashiers only accept cash or major credit cards to pay your parking fees. If you are using credit card, try the ParkSmart system. Your credit card is scanned when you enter the lot and the computer stores the information and charges that card when you exit the lot.

Alternative Parking Options for Sacramento Airport

Stay in a hotel before or after your flight and arrange Park, Sleep and Fly rates. You pay for your hotel room and up to 14 days are added to your hotel booking. While you're away, your vehicle remains safely parked in the hotel parking lot. Hotel shuttle brings you to and from the airport.
